Gregory Kucherov

I am a senior scientist (Directeur de recherche) at CNRS. I am part of the Laboratoire d’Informatique Gaspard-Monge at Gustave Eiffel University (until 2019, University Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée), where I belong to the ADA group.

My research is in theoretical computer science, with a focus on discrete algorithms: combinatorial algorithms, algorithmic complexity, and algorithm design and engineering. I have a particular interest in bioinformatics, especially in algorithmic methods for biosequence analysis. See my Research page for more information.
